Headed Back Home

Well, it looks like our Colorado adventure is going to be coming to an end here very soon.  As much as we’ve been dreaming about living out here for the last 10 years, the reality is that we have a house that doesn’t look like it’s going to sell any time soon.

Our house had been on the marketing since early June.  We haven’t had any showings since early August, and then in September, we’re here not 2 weeks, and the bottom drops out of the economy.

Before we left to come here, there were only 3 houses for sale in our subdivision. Now, there are 10.. out of only 150 homes.

Some are asking $30K – $40K below our asking price.
