Hi Tony,

I think some network marketing companies do, although I'd have to research which ones they are.

I would imagine the size of the company would determine this. I remember hearing a number of years ago one company offered health insurance to distributors who had achieved a certain rank in the company... but again, I'd have to do some research for more specifics.

Why don't network marketing companies offer health insurance to their distributors? I know of chambers of commerce that put together a pool of businesses and provide health coverage at a reduced rate.

Seems like this would be possible with networking companies.

Just curious.

Great stuff.

So true, you can't have a lottery mentality and expect someone else to do it for you. You need a good partner.

Will have to take a slightly different tact to insisting on having a great sponsor. Personally I've had sponsors in network marketing that were highly successful, but their success doesn't guarantee mine. Also been in settings of having a disappearing sponsor, but had success.

In my personal observation what has been a key to success for me is having a company that provides great training to everyone involved regardless of who your sponsor happens to be. This becomes more duplicatable.

Not saying who you partner with isn't important but it's only a piece of the puzzle.

Thanks for stopping by. Yes, I agree. Things are much worse in the economy, jobs and housing market than people realize or that our federal govt. is publicizing.

It doesn't take much to look around and see small businesses and empty storefronts.

There are 9 homes (out of 60) in my neighborhood 2+ years on the market.

I think many people can be a work at home entrepreneur IF they have enough determination and motivation to change their mindset from 'employee' to 'entrepreneur.'

I think things are really worse that most people realize. Not everyone can be a “work at home” entrepreneur, but it would be wise if they would consider having some kind of second source of income that they control.
