Sending Personalized Valentines Day Cards to My Soldiers
This Saturday is February 14th, Valentine’s Day, one of the most fun holidays of the year.
We get to send anything you can imagine that is red and white. Cards, treats and all kinds of goodies to those we love and care about. Valentine’s Day isn’t just for couples in love, though. I send personalized Valentine’s Day cards to my husband, of course, and also to my daughter.
February 14th is also my grandmother’s and a good friend’s daughter’s birthday, too. It is also the 8 year anniversary of when I launched my very first website. More on that in a separate post.
I am sure there are also a lot of wedding anniversaries on Valentine’s Day, too.
A very important group of people that we can not forget on Valentine’s Day are our soldiers, sailors, airmen, coasties and anybody who serves in our armed forces. These brave men, women and their families sacrifice so much to protect our freedoms.
They spend months at at time separated from their loved ones and ask nothing in return. My own son and his girlfriend are separated by the Atlantic Ocean and will be for the next 3 years. How cool would it be for a service member or their family to receive an unexpected card from you sent from far away.
I think it would be very cool, indeed!
I just sent my own soldiers a personalized Valentine’s Day card with a box of brownies with just a few mouse clicks. You can do the very same thing, too, and send them to someone you care about.
It’s not too late today or tomorrow, but I wouldn’t wait any later than that. If you’d like to send a box of brownies to your favorite Valentine, just let me know. I can help the first 5 people that contact me today.

Pingback: Valentine S Day
Hi Patty! I got my work to take a creative day and make a bunch of valentine cards for soldiers overseas. My boyfriend is in the military as we speak so this was important to me that we do this. Do you know of a place I could send these? Thanks so much for your help!:)
Hi Stephanie,
If your boyfriend isn't currently deployed, I would check with him to see if there is a deployed unit that he is aware of. Getting addresses is sometimes hard, yet understandably so, because of security reasons.
